Canoeing Labyrinth Canyon.
Do you like to move at a river's pace and feel the mystery of nature and its silence? Enter the experience of timelessness as we combine exploration of the Green River and its ancient archaeological sites with creative and journal writing. We'll hike to ancient ruins, mines, and pictograph/petroglyph sites, then enjoy guided and private time for writing, group gatherings, and relaxation. Cost includes canoes, all meals, kitchen and river gear, all permits and fees, transportation from Moab, and guides. No previous canoeing experience is necessary. |

PFD’s( life vest ), Paddles, Throw cushion/rope, Bail bucket, General Equipments, Trip leader box, Major patch box, Major first aid, Toilet box, trash buckets, Kitchen Equipments, Stove, stand, windscreen, Utensils, Commissary, Food, Cooler’s, water, Lunch box, Staples box, Clients gear.
Here is a list of the items you should bring.
-Tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads - these items can be rented locally;
let us know if we can help you make rental arrangements
-Sunscreen, lip balm with sunscreen
-Hat or visor for sun protection
-T-shirts -Shorts
-Sweatshirt, sweater, and/or warm jacket - (for cool evenings)
-Cotton long sleeve shirt and long pants - (for sun protection)
-Long underwear
-Long wind pants
-Clothes for layering for possible cool or cold weather
-Hat and mittens - (for spring and fall nights)
-Rain gear in case of rain
(even though this is the desert it can rain at any time)
-River shoes - (old sport shoes or river sandals w/ankle straps)
-Shoes - (for day hikes and around camp)
-Day-pack - (for exploring away from the river)
-Sunglasses with strap
-Bug repellent
-Flashlight with extra batteries
-Individual water bottles
for carrying on day-hikes and while in the canoe
-Toiletries and towel (biodegradable soap: Dr. Bronner’s is the most available)
“Babywipes” work very well for a quick cleaning at the end of the day

-Camera & film; a ziplock bag will help protect these items from the elements.
